2008 is a brand new year. I hope this will be a good year for me as this is an important year for me.
Many major events are happening, and I wish all of them would go smoothly.
First off, 'O' level.
I hope that I would be able to score below 12 points and get an A1 for English.
This is because, I hope to get into Mass Communication. With a distinction is a language, if would hit their minimum requirement to enter for the course.
This new year, I would really hope that I will be able to complete all my resolutions unlike the past years.
My resolution is to firstly, score for my 'O' level, as said. Secondly, I want to start learning the meaning of balance in life. Thirdly, I want to start excelling in my CCA. I hope to learn as much as I can for this year. This is my (I hope) last year in my secondary life. Everything will be changing so fast, I hope I can catch up with the trends.

The best moments that I had during the holidays, was when I celebrated Christmas with a few buddies of mine. We left at 6pm that day and headed over to Marina South to shop. We were like sardines in a can, when we were there. We saw the lift that was operating at Pan Pacific, it was very high/ Out of pure fun, I initiated that my friends and I to take up the challenge. The only word to describe the intensity at that moment was, scary. Being at the top of Pan Pacific is really an eye opener for me as I could look down and see many shopping centers and shops. I realised when you see things through a bigger perspective and you might be able to see how small certain issues might be even if it appears big at the present moment. We count down at Vivocity before heading over to one of my friends house to spend the morning of Christmas playing playstaion till we fell asleep.

Ah! This would be my last post before I head back to school again.
Time really passes so fast. I had enough of fun and relaxing this holiday. Normally I would feel very unhappy, going to school.
I played a few games in the arcade at Bishan Junction 8 with my friend WeiJian, and I really enjoyed it. We had fun playing Outrun2SP, a racing game. Weijian spend lots of money playing it, which I would call, wasting of money. He became addicted to it, spending 6-8 dollars, while I spent 1 dollar on the game.
While surfing though the Internet yesterday, I found a old yet tempting game, Neopets. I was bored of surfing the same sites and blogs everyday, and when I saw the link to Neopets, I decided to go in and take a look.
To my surprise, it has changed most of the designs, and added new pets. Although the gameplay is still the same, playing games earning NeoPoints, which is their currency and make your pets happy.
I think thats all from me.

I was bored playing computer games when I stumbled into a websites full of dolls. It is Japanese dolls that are hand made and life-liked. These dolls comes in all kinds of costumes, and Gothic types are getting more popular. Although dolls were girls stuff, I looked into the website for some fun, looking at it in the perspective of a girl.
I realised that dolls, are not more of a girl stuff. Most of the dolls are done by guys and they looked really nice! You can also changed their hair styles and clothes, but they do not come in cheap. The dolls cost at about 2000 dollars, with the delivery and importing taxes, it could be a huge sum of money.
My mind begun to wander off. The more I see these dolls, the more I find them attractive. I have always like to design, maybe this could be what I would be doing next time.

Euro Funfair 2007 wasn't as fun as it used to be last time. Prices have gone up to ridiculously high, and the rides are boring. I went there at 10pm yesterday, and was utterly disappointed by many things.
Firstly, there weren't many people there at the funfair even though the rides were bright and attractive. The jammed-packed-with-people, atmosphere is lost at this funfair.
Secondly, there was one ride that I feel, was not properly secured. It was a ride where you have to sit on chairs that are connected by a metal rod and was swung around. Some of the childrens were too short for it, and the chair was too big for them, and might cause them to fall off the seat like the last incident that happened in Orchard last year.
And lastly, there were still nailing some of the wooden planks onto the ground so allowed their patronisers to walk into their funfair safely. I feel that it should have already be done.
Despite of all this, I am really happy that it is another place for the whole family to get to know each other better. It is a great way to spend with your family, provided you have the money of course!

It's 10.30pm. On school day's, I would already by asleep. Hectic band schedule is the only thing that is keeping me from being bored.
I am always out for shopping spree almost everyday and have been to almost everywhere in Singapore now. You name it, I been there.
Getting huge eye bags due to lack of sleep, eyes glued to my computer screen every night till the next morning.
Natasha is leaving us tomorrow and most of us have decided to see her off at the Changi Airport. The flight is in the morning, so we will have to wake up quite early, which means I would have to sleep early tonight.

Dear Natasha, hope you have a safe trip and hope you will remember to buy us presents! If you don't we will .... *laugh* also hope that you would make more new friends and tell us everything when you get back 2 years later.

There is a newly opened Euro FunFair nearby, I am going to have a look there tomorrow . Hopefully the ticket prices are cheap.

3th March

On the 3 of March, I went to the Career Fair 2007 which is the biggest career event held in Singapore. As expected, the Suntec Conventional Hall was filled with people of different ages. The purpose for us to be there was to look out for our ambition and to learn more about them at the fair. This is suppose to let us have a better understanding and gives us a rough idea of what we have to do to qualify for it. It was quite interesting for me but unfortuately did not help much for me. My ambition information, related to F&B were little, but I managed to take brochures and pamplets that were related in a way and hopefully it would come in useful for me. I looked on other jobs and found some really intresting jobs like being a deejay. It inspires me to work as that but it's demanding qualifyication turned me down. Overall, I felt it is a great event to participate in and I look forward to Career Fair 2008!
